Build a PM toolbox with detailed lessons on ‘Principles of Behaviour’ and ‘Performance Domains’ from the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK®). Learn the latest vocabulary and join industry conversations with current content on Agile and Scrum. With just 12 days of study over 6 months, you will develop sought-after expertise taken from a curriculum developed by the Project Management Institute (PMI®). 

This program is ideal for aspiring project management professionals looking to break into the industry, particularly participants in entry-level roles like associate, coordinator, and assistant, across industries such as Healthcare, IT, Construction, and Energy.

Ideal for participants with one year of Project Management experience or if you have completed an introductory Project Management course.

PRE - CERTIFICATE PREPARATION: You will have pre reading material to read in preparation for the first day of your certificate and, coursework and readings outside of classroom hours.

• Online PMP Exam preparation module designed especially for MCPM
• Access to an online portal of PM articles and resources

MODULE 5: Effective Project Cost Management (2 DAYS)
(April 25 - 26, 2025)
Manage your projects through the lens of cost minimization.

MODULE 6 Project Integration and Simulation (1 DAY)
(May 15, 2025)
Apply your program learnings to propose, plan, execute and deliver a full-scale, realistic project from start to finish.
