Please note: New MPHEC forms are now available for use. Old forms will no longer be accepted after March 31, 2026. If you have been using old forms and need support transition to the new forms, please contact apdr@smu.ca

External Consultant Process (Graduate Programs)

In addition to the Appendices listed above, please find MPHEC's Generic Terms of Reference for External Consultants below.  Please note that the only MPHEC proposals that are required to have an external review are for new graduate degrees. Please consult the Manager, Academic Program Development and Review for further information.

Program Termination

The termination of programs are no longer required to go through a MPHEC process.  However, termination proposals are still required to go through an internal Senate process following the template:TERMINATE Program Proposal
