TOPIC: How Scholars Can Protect Ourselves and Each Other from Online Harassment in an Anti-Research Climate 

In a climate of increasing mistrust toward science and researchers, more of us are being targeted in online hate campaigns, threatening our personal safety and our work - especially scholars from marginalized backgrounds. This talk will focus on simple strategies we can take in anticipation of targeted attacks to protect ourselves and our university communities.
