Dr. Deborah Kennedy is Professor of English at Saint Mary's University. She specializes in Restoration and Eighteenth-Century Literature. Dr. Kennedy has published extensively on a variety of topics, including the English poetic tradition; women's literary history; eighteenth-century art; the work of Samuel Johnson; and the poetry of William Wordsworth. She has published numerous articles and book chapters, in addition to two books with Bucknell University Press: Helen Maria Williams and the Age of Revolution; and Poetic Sisters: Early Eighteenth-Century Women Poets.
